What to expect from my yoga practice?

We happened to live in a transformative timeAll areas of our lives have been impacted:

As thoughts are coming in various shapes and forms, we learn to quiet that chatter of limiting believes, complaining and victimizing ourselves.

We learn to understand and see our creative side, our potential.

To maximize well-rounded practice, we must focus on 3 main components:
When our practice incorporates all three aspects, we achieve slower thinkingsoftness of the body and general contentedness.

In order to train the mind to be patient and present, practice should be consistent. 

When we retrain our body and mind (as you might already know that MindBody connection is real) to be still and accept this stillness, the change is inevitable.

You start feeling alive again, in harmony with your own desires and the external world.
