Pentacle
Pentacle is a restorative pose that offers integration of energy after active movement. It awakes sensations of weightlessness and deep grounding,
Open arms and legs create the sense of “floating”. Pentacle gives an opportunity to soften the front and feel the firmness of the back. “It takes soft front and firm back to have an open heart”.
