The class is tailored to specific needs of the customer.

General outline is the following:

  • 10 min to RESTORE
  • 15 min of BREATH WORK + SOMATIC movement
  • 15 min ACTIVE asana (posture) PRACTICE
  • 10 min PASSIVE connective tissue WORK
  • 10 min GUIDED MEDITATION in Savasana
