The class is tailored to specific needs of the customer.
General outline is the following:
- 10 min to RESTORE
- 15 min of BREATH WORK + SOMATIC movement
- 15 min ACTIVE asana (posture) PRACTICE
- 10 min PASSIVE connective tissue WORK
- 10 min GUIDED MEDITATION in Savasana
