Join us as we explore the many benefits of Yin Yoga. This class will guide you through deep stretches that release tension in the layer of connective tissue: joints, tendons, fascia, ligaments etc.
The practice of Yin removes blockages and disruption of Qi energy and unwind long-held suppressed emotions.
With this class you will gain stability and deep healing at the physical and energetic levels and practice the ability to stay focused.
It is the session for flexibility of the body and mind.
